Our take

Setmore's free plan covers up to four users, which is unusually generous: most rivals' free plans are for one person. It connects to Square, Stripe and PayPal for payments, Zoom for video and Google or Outlook calendars, and it can take bookings from Facebook and Instagram.

Pro is priced per user. On annual billing it's among the cheapest paid plans we list, but the monthly-billing price is more than double, so check which one you're comparing. SMS reminders are on Pro only.

Setmore also offers 24/7 human support, which is rare at this price. In the US there's a Live Receptionist add-on. Reporting is basic compared with Acuity or SimplyBook.me.
