Our take
YouCanBookMe is used by solo professionals and universities because its booking pages can be customised in detail. It connects to Google and Outlook calendars, Zoom, Stripe and Zapier.
The free plan covers one calendar and one booking page. Paid plans are Individual, Professional and Team (priced per member). Monthly-billing prices weren't captured in our research, so confirm the billing period when you sign up.
It's a UK company, registered in England and Wales. It doesn't try to be a salon or clinic system, so it has fewer business features such as POS or packages.
